Zurg of the alternate universe is the counterpart of Zurg in a universe where Buzz Lightyear is evil.
Physical description
He looks like the evil ("normal") Zurg, but wears server clothing instead of a cape and has green stripes on his gloves.
History
He lost his forces and servants to the Buzz Lightyear of that dimension, apparently not having what it took to be evil. He works as a server at Cosmo's Cosmic Diner, and has apparently been out of action long enough that both the alternate XR and Mira are surprised by the idea of Zurg as an evil emperor.
