The unnamed convinct is a blue-skinned member of an unnamed species whom Buzz Lightyear had once arrested.

History

Buzz Lightyear once arrested the blue-skinned convict on Kegas 9 with an entire shipment of black market servo-chips. However, upon reuniting with Buzz on a prison transport when Buzz was accused of trying to assassinate the President of the Galactic Alliance, he was almost amicable, even though he was sentenced to at least some time in a maximum security penal colony. When another prisoner, incensed at Buzz's presence, tried to pick a fight with Buzz and crashed the transport, the blue-skinned convict was questioned by Mira Nova as to Buzz's whereabouts.
