Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The octopoidal prisoner is a tentacled convict with a nasty temper.

History

When Buzz was temporarily convicted for allegedly attempting to assassinate the President of the Galactic Alliance, the octopoidal prisoner took the chance to attack the former in revenge for arresting him. Their fight led the prison ship they were in to crash onto a nearby planet. By the time Team Lightyear arrived on the scene, Buzz and the octopoidal were long gone.

While rescuing the other prisoners, Team Lightyear learned that there was no octopoidal documented on the manifest for transport. Later, it's revealed that the octopoidal was actually a robotic suit used by the Gargantians to manipulate Buzz for their plans.

Trivia

• Whether the octopoidal prisoner exists as an actual individual or not is uncertain. However, given the Gargantians owned numerous robotic suits of actual individuals in order to manipulate Buzz, he likely does exist.
• In the credits, he is referred to as the tentacled alien.
