The Octopoidal Prisoner is a convict with a very nasty temper.
History
When Buzz was temporarily arrested for allegedly attempting to assassinate the President of the Galactic Alliance, the Octopoidal prisoner took the chance to attack the former in "revenge" for arresting him. Their fight consequently lead the prison ship they're riding in to crash onto a nearby planet. By the time the Space Rangers arrived, Buzz and the Octopoidal are long gone.
While rescuing the other prisoners, Team Lightyear learns from the manifest that there was no Octopoidal present for transpoirt. It's revealed that the criminal alien is actually a suit used by the Gargantians to manipulate Buzz for their plans.
