History
When Buzz was temporarily convicted for allegedly attempting to assassinate the President of the Galactic Alliance, the octopoidal prisoner took the chance to attack the former in revenge for arresting him. Their fight led the prison ship they were in to crash onto a nearby planet. By the time Team Lightyear arrived on the scene, Buzz and the octopoidal were long gone.
