The blue-skinned ranger is a Space Ranger.

Physical description

A blue-skinned humanoid, this Space Ranger is illusive, having been rarely spotted. He looks fairly human, despite sporting blue skin and dark blue eyebrows, as well as possessing a Roman-like nose shape. Other than the fact that he vaguely resembles Buzz, possessing a large, square-like jaw, not much else is known about him.
