Similar to Grimfix, he is an olive green skinned humanoid with elf-like ears, a round nose, and a large mouth. His eyes are always closed. He also wears a top hat and an oxygen tank.

Torgo worked for Keno Kentrix alongside Grimfix on Mahambas 6.
