History

In At Large on a Small Planet, he uses Buzz Lightyear's or Booster's belt to make himself large and then extorts his 3 demands from the government of Gargantia. His third and final demand is for the government to recognize the Gargantian Militant Movement as the true Government of Gargantia.

Personality

He often comes up with schemes for the "Glory of Gargantia." He appears by TV screen to the other militants. He tends to use big words, that none of the other militants understand and he has to explain again in smaller words. Tremendor is his second in command.

He strongly dislikes Ambassador Ursona Major for trying to bring luxury to Gargantia and at one point tries to have him assasinated. He believes that Gargantia's future is its past and looks to the past with reverence. He prefers boring, bland and harsh conditions and hates luxury. He also opposes the Galactic Peace Initiative.
