Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The President, often referred to as Madam President is the president of the Galactic Alliance.

Physical description

She is an unknown species of alien with teal skin and yellow eyes. Her lavender hair is statuesque, she has two mouths, and is short and stocky.

History

Her history before her election to the presidency is unknown. She currently heads the Galactic Alliance, and is a staunch supporter of Star Command and a proponent of the Space Rangers.

Personality

Madame President takes a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to key issues, and does very little in the area of political maneuvering. She states the facts as she sees them, and brooks no beating around the bush. She has a tendency to shout and can be overbearing at times, but is generally a fair-minded and intelligent leader.

Quotes

  • "Rangers, put a sock in it! That is an executive order!"

Behind the scenes

Initial development art for the President, shared by Bob Schooley on X.

In November 2019, Bob Schooley, one of the executive producers, revealed that the President was initially supposed to have a more prominent role in the series. During development, she was designed as a Black human wearing a red dress he joked was "a meat dress years before Lady Gaga." According to the label, she was named either "President Bahama" or "President Bahema," though the handwriting makes it difficult to tell which is the case.[1]

Trivia

  • The president typically speaks with one mouth after the other, but at times will speak with both at the same time, resulting in two simultaneous voices.
  • She implies when visiting PC-7 that it is an election year. It is unknown, however, how many terms a galactic president can serve.[2]
