Unfortunately not much is truly known about the Madame President. All that is known, however, is that she heads the democratic-styled Galactic Alliance and is the main government figure head. Nothing is stated about her prior to the series' beginning.
Personality
Large and in charge, don't mess with the Madame President, baby. She's a gal who takes a no-nonsense approach to key issues and she knows how to handle her own. Be it assassins or Evil Emperors, the Madame President doesn't fool around. She is typically depicted as a boisterous woman and calls the shots as she sees them. The woman is also capable of speaking in a softer tone, but this is not common.
Abilities
Besides possessing two mouths and two equally-loud voices? What more do you need? Other than her vocal attributes the Madame President does not appear to possess any unique abilities.
