dialogue

this is where the actual quote text goes. To create a linebreak, use the following formatting: ''"<br>"'' For quotes with more than two speakers, use Template:Tl instead.

attribution

a short description of the speakers, and additional context if needed. Not followed by a full stop and should only contain links if the subjects cannot be linked elsewhere in the article.

source

a reference (footnote) formatted the same way as anywhere else in the article. See BLoSCWiki:Sourcing for more help.

Optional parameters

|quotestart=0

removes the quotation sign (") from the start of the quote.

|quoteend=0

removes the quotation sign (") from the end of the quote.

|italics=0

removes the italics around the quote

|formatting=0

removes all formatting from the quote; essentially the same as |quotestart=0|quoteend=0|italics=0

|audio=AudioFile.ogg

adds a link to an audio version of the quote. Do not include the file prefix.
