Not much is known about this senator. He resembles a bipedal tiger complete with black stripes on his head. He is orange. He presumably has fur. He has whiskers. He also has yellow eyes. He is a member of the Galactic Alliance from an unknown species. He is seen in the episode "A Zoo Out There" where he is taken from Capital Planet and imprisoned in theChlorm Zoo. He is given a steak (which he sniffs and then throws away) and may be the senator refered to when Madame President anxiously tells Buzz Lightyear that "He may start eating some of the weaker delegates" in the episode "Dirty Work". He is rescued from the zoo by Buzz. He wears a magenta tunic with gold trimming with a metal hat. He is the only member of his species shown on the series.
In "Revenge of the Monsters" he is seen making peace with another unknown race after centuries of infighting, however they quickly begin fighting again when struck by the Wirewolf cannon (and the fight continues after they return to normal).
He is voiced by Frank Welker in "Revenge of the Monsters".
