Senator Phlegmex (sometimes spelt Phlemex) is a male Phlegmian and one of the high-ranking officials that make up the Galactic Alliance. He appears in a total of ??? episodes and is voiced by Frank Welker.
Physical Appearance
Not the most flattering specie of alien, Senator Phlegmex sounds similar to his name. He is a slug-like alien that slithers around on a foot, and slime oozes out of multiple orifices covering his body. When he has to inhale the ooze retracts back into his body before it starts to dribble out again.
He normally appears sleepy and lethargic.
