Not much is known about this Senator. He resembles a bipedal tiger complete with orane stripes. He is a member of the Galactic Alliance from an unknown species. He is seen in the Episode "A Zoo Out There" where he is taken from Capital Planet and imprisoned in theChlorm Zoo. He is given a steak and may be the Senator refered to when Madame President anxiously tells Buzz Lightyear that "He may start eating some of the Weaker delegates" in the episode "Dirty Work." He is rescued from the Zoo by Buzz.
