Commander Nebula is a character that appears in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. He was first introduced in The Adventure Begins and has appeared in several episodes since then as a recurring character.
History
It's not sure how Nebula became the Commander of Star Command, but during the entire series he is the space station's top cheese.
