Phlegmex is a Phlegmian and one of the high-ranking officials that make up the Galactic Alliance.
Physical description
Not the most flattering species of alien, Senator Phlegmex sounds similar to his name. He is a green slug-like alien that slithers around on a foot, and lime-green slime oozes out of multiple orifices covering his body. When he has to inhale, the ooze retracts back into his body before it starts to dribble out again.
He normally appears sleepy and lethargic.
