Clay is a Tangean Grounder and Marl's partner-in-crime.
Physical Description
History
He is part of a group of Grounders trying to gain more power for themselves in Tangea. He participates in a plot to overthrow King Nova in favor of setting up a "Power Sharing Arrangement" with Lord Angstrom.

Abilities
Emitting mental blasts from his mind like any other Grounder, using blasters.
