Nana Lightyear is the grandmother of Buzz Lightyear.
History
Nana Lightyear was a prominent figure in Buzz's past.
When Buzz was six years old, she gifted him with socks instead of the "Ranger-X Big Blue Rocket" that shot real flames he had asked for.[1]

Nana uses the expression "strange dish" to refer to people who act oddly.[2]
