Zoop is a Molnarian, as well as a member of the Galaxy Watch. He was one of several members of his species present at a talk hosted by Buzz Lightyear and XR in regards to the Galaxy Watch and the many responsibilities involved in being members. He monitored Star Command's private frequencies and informed Buzz and XR of a bomb on Sentilla 6.[1]
