Cooley, known by his friends as Wild Bill, is a human who was frozen for fifty years in his spaceship in his attempt to save Verdentia.
Physical description
Cooley, for the most part, seems to be a human being with pale skin. He has a generous, split chin and squinty, tight eyes. His hair is blonde and juts out in a dominant 'do. Projected Thermography: Although it was only used once, Cooley could also write messages on ships.
How he was able to gain all these abilities is never explained. After he was thawed out by Buzz, it is presumed he never used these abilities again.
