Cosmo is the chef and owner of Cosmo's Cosmic Diner, one of the most popular places to eat at in the galaxy.

He is a light green-skinned humanoid of average height, with an olive green beard, a large nose, and large yellow eyes. He also has a crooked tail, a left arm that appears to be cybernetic, and talks with an accent.
