| 00 | the adventure begins = When renowned [[Space Ranger]] [[Buzz Lightyear]] loses his partner [[Warp Darkmatter]] in a confrontation with the [[Zurg|Evil Emperor Zurg]], he vows to never have another partner again. Unfortunately, when Zurg invades the [[Planet of the Little Green Men]] and takes control of their [[Uni-Mind]], Buzz is forced to act. Aided by the unlikely combined efforts of the princess-turned-rookie [[Mira Nova]], the janitor [[Booster Munchapper]], and the prototype robot ranger [[XR]], the four must thwart Zurg's plan to enslave every free mind in the galaxy before it's too late.

| 01 | the torque armada = After [[Team Lightyear]] apprehends [[Torque]], they are assigned to one of the most boring routine missions: patrolling [[Tanker Alley]]. Meanwhile, the [[Evil Emperor Zurg]] has Torque freed and provides him with a device that can make duplicates of himself, in exchange for Torque's aid in neutralizing Team Lightyear and destroying [[Capital Planet]].

| 02 | gravitina = A continuous stream of asteroids keeps battering [[Star Command]], threatening to destroy it. [[Mira Nova|Mira]] and [[Booster Munchapper|Booster]] stay behind to help with evacuation efforts, while [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] and [[XR]] track down the one behind the attack. It turns out that [[Gravitina]], a tyrannical despot who has the power to manipulate gravitational forces, is behind it... and she has a big crush on Buzz.

| 03 | xl = After a series of burglaries in the latest advancements in robotics, [[Team Lightyear]] discovers the one responsible is [[XL]], the [[robot]] [[ranger]] prototype created before [[XR]], who was deactivated for his violent behavior. Now that he's back, and outfitted with new robot parts, he wants revenge on the one responsible: [[Commander Nebula]].

| 04 | little secrets = [[Team Lightyear]] visits [[Rhizome]] to test our their new security system. As a parting gift, they are given small [[electro-plant]]s, but [[Booster Munchapper|Booster]] switches out his plant for a different one without telling anyone. He isn't the only one keeping a little secret though, as both [[Mira Nova|Mira]] and [[XR]] have their own secrets to hide—all while there's a spy loose on [[Star Command]].

| 05 | inside job = [[Team Lightyear]] meets a new [[Space Ranger]] by the name of [[Flash Flemming]], who tags along when they are tasked with handling security for Ambassador [[Ursona Major]] from [[Gargantia]]. Unfortunately, Flemming's presence heightens [[Booster Munchapper|Booster's]] insecurities, which only makes matters worse with the [[Gargantian Militant Movement|terrorists]] trying to assassinate the ambassador.

| 06 | nos4a2 = Annoyed at [[XR]]'s constantly flippant behavior, [[Commander Nebula]] tasks [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] with an evaluation report that will determine XR's future as a [[Space Ranger]]. Meanwhile, the cargo that [[Team Lightyear]] recently recovered turns out to contain an [[energy vampire]] called [[NOS-4-A2]], who finds the perfect minion in none other than XR.

| 07 | the planet destroyer = [[Zurg]]'s latest weapon destroys [[Tradeworld]] and [[Tangea]], [[Mira Nova|Mira]]'s homeworld, and he threatens to do the same to other planets in the [[Galactic Alliance]] if they don't surrender to him. But Mira can still sense that Tangea is alive, and asks the rest of [[Team Lightyear]] to trust her judgement so they can locate the real source behind Zurg's so-called "Planet Destroyer."

| 08 | the beasts of karn = [[Team Lightyear]] travels to [[Karn]] to find out why they lost contact with research scientist [[Ozma Furbanna|Dr. Ozma Furbanna]], who has made it her life's work to study the local wildlife despite its dangers. Unfortunately, [[Booster Munchapper|Booster]] is captured by con artist [[Rentwhistle Swack]], who has been poaching animals and selling them to hunters, and mistook Booster for one. Team Lightyear and Dr. Furbanna must work together to find Booster—and the rest of the captured wildlife—before it's too late.

| 09 | tag team = After a failed attempt to arrest his former partner, [[Warp Darkmatter]], [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] discovers that they've had implants in their necks since their [[Space Ranger Academy]] days. The two reluctantly decide to team up to track down the ones responsible, who turn out to be three scientists named [[Era]], [[Eon]] and [[Epoch]] from a technologically advanced species called the [[Chlorm]], studying the differences between good and evil.

| 10 | the main event = [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] and [[XR]] respond to an emergency distress call that sends them to the planet [[Sentilla 6]], looking for a downed cargo ship full of dangerous explosives, and are attacked by [[Torque]] in the process. Little do they know they are merely fighting for the amusement of con artist [[Rentwhistle Swack]] and his client, the wealthy [[Norbert Klerm]], who decides to up the stakes by luring none other than the [[Zurg|Evil Emperor Zurg]] to the planet too.

| 11 | the return of xl = After escaping from prison, [[XL]] steals the one component that makes [[XR]] different from him—his AFD. Feeling worthless without it, despite not even knowing what it is, XR ditches his [[Team Lightyear|team]] and runs off alone to [[Tradeworld]]. There, he tries to track down a replacement AFD and eventually runs into the [[Fixer]]. Unfortunately, the Fixer is working for XL and sends XR straight to him.

| 12 | lost in time = When [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] gets sucked into a black hole trying to defeat the [[Zurg|Evil Emperor Zurg]], he wakes up a thousand years into a future where evil is no more and [[Star Command]] is obsolete. Eventually, Buzz finds new purpose regaling youngsters with stories of the past, but little does he know it's all a ploy, created by Zurg to get him to reveal all of Star Command's secrets.

| 13 | strange invasion = While rescuing a tour shuttle caught in the path of a supernova, [[Team Lightyear]] crash-lands on the planet [[Roswell]]. [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] and [[Mira Nova|Mira]] are taken captive, a damaged [[XR]] is offline, and a little [[Becky|girl]] tries to keep [[Booster Munchapper|Booster]] as a pet. All while the [[Roswellian]] military tries to keep the existence of "aliens" a secret from the locals, though [[Unnamed Roswellian sheriff|not everyone is convinced]].

| 14 | the taking of pc7 = [[Booster Munchapper|Booster]] and [[XR]]'s attempt to deliver [[Torque]] to the prison planetoid [[PC-7]] goes awry when Torque breaks free and takes control of the prison with his clones. To make matters worse, [[Madame President]] and the prison warden, [[Yung]], are taken captive by Torque and the corrupt security system. [[Mira Nova|Mira]] and [[Buzz Lightyear|Buzz]] must break into the prison to save everyone, but the situation isn't as cut-and-dry as it seems.
